Genesis

Genesis. It’s where it all began. In this very foxy starter post I detail things of utmost importance to the kitsune. The fox messenger was depicted at temples holding a scroll of knowledge in his mouth to offer to devotees or whomever their patron God deemed worthy. Another one was holding a ball, also known as a pill of immortality. The following are stories from the Bible detailing both occurrences; angels providing scrolls of knowledge and interfering with the immortality of mankind. While the fallen angel, the serpent, is clearly depicted, it is not stated what form of angel gave the prophets the divine scrolls of revelation. It well could have been kitsune.

If you ever thought that the Nephilim might return to this world and that transhumanism didn’t start in modern times, I concur. Read on to learn more.

Genesis 3:6

{When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.}

The first recorded sin in Genesis is that of disobedience. What was that disobedience? Eating the one forbidden fruit in the garden, the fruit tree of knowledge. This was also the first food law given, which also happens to be the original sin.

Genesis 3:11

{And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”}

The Consequence:

Genesis 3:4-5

{“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”}

The direct effect of this was that humanity now understood the difference between “good and evil”.

This is the first example of being presented some type of food by some type of angel, in this case a fallen one, that once consumed imparted knowledge.

Gensis 3:7

{Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.}

They then experience the feeling of shame, proclaiming that they were naked. The other consequence was that the earth was cursed, making it hard for them to till the soil and grow food that the land would also produce thorny plants and weeds, wherein previously it was stated that they simply ate freely of the trees already there in the garden in the direct presence of God. They were also informed that they will now have some sort of life span and die. This was all because of the disobedience of the first food law.

Genesis 3:16-19

{To the woman he said, “I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.” 17 To Adam he said, “Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, ‘You must not eat from it,’ “Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life. 18 It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field. 19 By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return.”}

Genesis states clearly that each plant and animal reproduces after its own kind, and clearly states that every plant bares seeds, and that this was good. The man, Adam, was put in charge of all the animals and plants as his original charge. The man, the origin of humanity, at this time was also declared to be good.

{Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 20 And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.” 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.” 24 And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.

7 Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

15 The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”}

References to disobedience and eating of food in relation to angels/demons:

Ezekiel 3:1-3

{And he said to me, “Son of man, eat what is before you, eat this scroll; then go and speak to the people of Israel.” 2 So I opened my mouth, and he gave me the scroll to eat. 3 Then he said to me, “Son of man, eat this scroll I am giving you and fill your stomach with it.” So I ate it, and it tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth.}

Revelations 10:8-10

{Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me once more: “Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.” 9 So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but ‘in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.” 10 I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. }

In at least two occasions a prophet encountered an angel and the angel had them eat a “scroll” to obtain knowledge, even in as much to describe the taste of the scroll in regards to its knowledge. If we take this literally to be a paper scroll we are familiar with, why did it have sour or sweet flavors? If this were only a metaphor, then was the original fruit eaten in Genesis simply a metaphor for something else? The text doesn’t support this. A fallen angel or ‘snake,’ as it is referred to directly in Genesis, directed Eve to eat the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. It declared to her saying it would make them powerful. It was described as being beautiful and appearing to be good to eat. This seems to be more than a metaphor but an actual edible fruit that in some way imparted knowledge upon iconsumption, along with the accompanying punishment with having ate it.

Leviticus 11:1-2

{The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, 2 “Say to the Israelites: ‘Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat: 4 “‘There are some that only chew the cud or only have a divided hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you. 9 “‘Of all the creatures living in the water of the seas and the streams you may eat any that have fins and scales. 10 But all creatures in the seas or streams that do not have fins and scales—whether among all the swarming things or among all the other living creatures in the water—you are to regard as unclean. 13 “‘These are the birds you are to regard as unclean and not eat because they are unclean: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture, 20 “‘All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be regarded as unclean by you. 21 There are, however, some flying insects that walk on all fours that you may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground. 24 “‘You will make yourselves unclean by these; whoever touches their carcasses will be unclean till evening. 25 Whoever picks up one of their carcasses must wash their clothes, and they will be unclean till evening.}

Leviticus 17:10-12

{ “‘I will set my face against any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who eats blood, and I will cut them off from the people. 11 For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life. 12 Therefore I say to the Israelites, “None of you may eat blood, nor may any foreigner residing among you eat blood.”}

The Levitical laws have a comprehensive system of detailing which foods were “clean” and “unclean” to eat. These laws have been known to be the kosher laws. Modern study of these foods have found that there are benefits to not eating the unclean animals versus the clean, and that the unclean animals have been found to be much more susceptible to carrying disease. This was often due to them being a form of scavenger that eats rotten meats, or their meats of themselves containing large amounts of parasites.

Acts 15:28-29

28 “It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.”

1 Corinthians 10:18-22

{Consider the people of Israel: Do not those who eat the sacrifices participate in the altar? 19 Do I mean then that food sacrificed to an idol is anything, or that an idol is anything? 20 No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God, and I do not want you to be participants with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons. 22 Are we trying to arouse the Lord’s jealousy? Are we stronger than he?}

Ezekiel 16:20-21

{“‘And you took your sons and daughters whom you bore to me and sacrificed them as food to the idols. Was your prostitution not enough? 21 You slaughtered my children and sacrificed them to the idols.}

There are also references for sin in eating food that had been dedicated/sacrificed to idols. While the new testament states in the epistle of Paul that it was no longer to be counted a sin because “idols were nothing” (in that they were man made images of fallen angels/demons) and had no power of themselves to defile anything. There was also a reference, however, of feeding the fallen angels by rendered child sacrifice to them. It also references the practice of communion stating how eating food dedicated to demons was a form of unholy communion with them instead. If we look at dictionary.com, other than the communion stated above, it is also a noun stated to be:

1. an exchange of thoughts, emotions,etc

2. Possession or sharing in common; participation

Here we see that communion, as a word, can mean to take part in a communication by sharing in a meal. Perhaps in sharing this meal as the body of Christ, we are also ingesting some part of his knowledge just like the scrolls, and fruit, given by angels. On the contrary, if we eat the food sacrificed to the body of demons, are we then ingesting their fallen conscious like from the fruit of the tree of knowledge?

The husbandman:

Humanity’s charge as directed through the first human, Adam, was that he took charge/dominion over all the animals and plants of the earth. God created everything to reproduce after its own kind, and humanity was put in place to then take care of the created animals and plants in their current state of being.

Not good enough:

Modern man has seen that the foods, the plants and animals, were not “good enough.” We have both genetically altered and hybridized both plant and animals, in some cases making both where they could not bare seed or reproduce after their own kind.

From the World Health Organization’s website.

https://www.who.int/news-room/questions-and-answers/item/food

genetically-modified

Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) can be defined as organisms (i.e. plants, animals or microorganisms) in which the genetic material (DNA) has been altered in a way that does not occur naturally by mating and/or natural recombination. The technology is often called “modern biotechnology” or “gene technology”, sometimes also “recombinant DNA technology” or “genetic engineering”. It allows selected individual genes to be transferred from one organism into another, also between nonrelated species. Foods produced from or using GM organisms are often referred to as GM foods.

This is pretty obviously spelled out that genetically altered foods are altered in ways not found in nature, meaning not found in God’s original creation. While some of these can then bare seeds to continue to bare fruit, there are some that do not make seeds. Seedless grapes being an example.

This is obviously a transgression of the intent of creation as seen Genesis as well as a transgression against God’s creation. This is because this creation was declared by God to be good, and humanity has seen fit to deem it as ‘not good enough.’

Man before the flood, after the fall:

Genesis 6:1-7

{When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. 3 Then the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” 4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown. 5 The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. 6 The LORD regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. 7 So the LORD said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.”}

In retrospect, God gave to the original man a companion of his own flesh, taken from his rib which he was then able to reproduce with. This states how this companion then saw that human men weren’t a good enough companion and then sought after the angels. It does state that they were married to them, implying that some type of consent had been given within this affair by these daughters of humans. A tampering of humanity itself was made where fallen angels somehow mated with human females, bringing forth a genetically altered half human/half angel being called the “nephilim.” They were described as being giants. Notice here that again as humanity partook of being successfully influenced by fallen angels that their lifespan was immediately cut short. Starting now they were reduced to 120 years instead of near 1,000 for Methusalah.

This too was an aberration of God’s creation, taking something that was not meant to reproduce, to reproduce not of its own kind. The book of Enoch further explains that this giant, unnatural human, not only devoured everything (as of yet in Genesis, before the flood, humanity had only been given plants to eat, not the meat of animals) including the blood, the meat of animals, and the meat and blood of humans. It also states that while these giants at first ate all the produce that original mankind made from them, it was not enough to satisfy their unnatural hunger. The giants then set upon humanity itself, and one would assume, each other.

Genesis 6:9-12 (this one is from the New King James Version)

{This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. 10 And Noah begot three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. 11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.}

These aberrations of God’s creation so angered Him, that He sent a flood over the entire earth to wipe out not only all of humanity, (aside from Noah’s extended family) but all the animals that were not contained in Noah’s boat, the Ark. In this example I have taken an excerpt from the NKJV which stresses that this is about genealogy, and that Noah was ‘perfect in his generation.’ While this is translated to be blameless, in context I would put forward it was more about his physical genealogy of not being part of the half human/half angel descent.

5 Genesis 9:1-6

{Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth. 2 The fear and dread of you will fall on all the beasts of the earth, and on all the birds in the sky, on every creature that moves along the ground, and on all the fish in the sea; they are given into your hands. 3 Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. 4 “But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it. 5 And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. 6 “Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind.}

Notice here that now humanity can finally eat animals, and not just plants. While the motivation for this is not exactly known, it does state that God holds even the animals accountable should they spill the blood of mankind. It is interesting to note that the animals given in sacrifice before this time were not on the menu for humanity until this point. Here it also reinforces the understanding presented in the book of Enoch that eating blood was unjust.

{The use of chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers virtue of their potential for quick nutrients release and growing the plants more rapidly and efficiently served their purpose up to a point (Sneha et al., 2018). However, the continuous use of chemical fertilizers results in the deterioration of soil quality and gradual loss of soil fertility, which might further lead to the accumulation of heavy metals in plant tissue, affecting the nutritional contents of the yield and edibility}

{Transhumanism, philosophical and scientific movement that advocates the use of current and emerging technologies—such as genetic engineering, cryonics, artificial intelligence (AI), and nanotechnology—to augment human capabilities and improve the human condition.

Transhumanists envision a future in which the responsible application of such technologies enables humans to slow, reverse, or eliminate the aging process, to achieve corresponding increases in human life spans, and to enhance human cognitive and sensory capacities. The movement proposes that humans with augmented capabilities will evolve into an enhanced species that transcends humanity—the “posthuman.”}

Taken from https://www.britannica.com/topic/transhumanism

Modern man now has seen that humans are “not good.” They have set forth to try to enhance mankind through transhumanism, genetic enhancements, in part by modifying the foods that they eat.

This is in part by modifying the life giving soils that plants grow within, modifying the environment at whole that the plants grow within, and by modifying the very genetic structures of the plants themselves. They have done such things and attempt to blend genetics of fish into tomato plants, crossing species barriers.

Is it possible that fallen angel’s have continued to try to instruct modern humanity into uncleanness and unrighteousness, by convincing them that the current state of plants, animals, and humanity itself isn’t “good?” By modifying plants to where some can not reproduce the same way from its own seed, making some animals so they can not reproduce from its own kind, altering the genetics of both plants and animals by splicing their genetics together to try to enhance them, and perhaps blending the genetics of humanity with both as a result of eating both?

Is it possible that the food produced by these means was under the advisement of the same fallen angels of Enoch’s testament? Is it possible that the making of this food is an act of sin as a sin of transgression, going further than what was our assigned position in creation as God dictated, literally “playing god?” Is it possible that every time we eat this food, we have committed a food law sin, that which could have been equivalent to the original food law sin of eating the fruit God clearly explained to us must not be eaten? Is it plausible that this very food was produced in dedication to false gods, the idols as spoken of in both God’s new and old testament of the Bible as the devil was stated as being the angel that wanted to be God?

Isaiah 14:12-15

{How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! 13 You said in your heart, “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon. 14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.” 15 But you are brought down to the realm of the dead, to the depths of the pit.}

In the time before the flood, could we have been altered at whole by such foods? Could the foods produced by fallen angels created the man whose every thought was sin before God, owing to it that food given to us by angels, whether fallen or un-fallen, can impart knowledge? Could eating such foods have angered God to a point where he wiped out that entire generation aside from one extended family? Could the act of eating the food God said not to, really be the source of all of mankind’s misery and the actual ‘original sin,’ making us fallen and ‘not good?’

The act of eating this food that God said not to eat banished us from God’s direct, divine presence. This act also banished us from the perfect garden, where we could have easily lived forever and remained good forever. Is it reasonable that the food laws should be considered again in a new light, a new understanding of the old covenant, in which it is not only ‘unclean’ to eat certain foods, but that eating certain foods could incur the direct wrath of God. Could this be transgressing God’s law of creation? Could this take us back within the times of the fallen angel’s experiments on humanity, where giants again roam the earth to devour our flesh?
